📦 Refund & Return Policy – NatnaShop
At NatnaShop, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
⏱ Return & Refund Window
You can request a refund within 10 days after your item has been delivered.
We accept returns within 60 days of your purchase date.
After 60 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging, including any tags or protective materials.
❗ Do not return any items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.To request an exchange, please email us within 10 days of receiving your order.
💳 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
⚠️ We do not issue full refunds in the following cases:
The item has been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
Sale or discounted items
Items returned without prior approval
Delayed deliveries caused by customs, natural events, or carrier delays
💸 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank or credit card statement again.
Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take time before the refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us by email at [your email address or link].
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total.
For returns valued over €50 / $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
