  • You can request a refund within 10 days after your item has been delivered.

  • We accept returns within 60 days of your purchase date.

  • After 60 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging, including any tags or protective materials.

❗ Do not return any items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total.

  • For returns valued over €50 / $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
